This Privacy Policy applies to:

- and all related services operated under the ForPro brand.
By using our Services, the User acknowledges and agrees to the processing of personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.
1Definitions
1.1 User
Any individual accessing, registering, purchasing, or using our Services.
1.2 Personal Data
Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
1.3 Services
All coaching, consulting, educational programs, digital products, subscriptions, memberships, courses, and related services provided by ForPro.
1.4 Processing
Any operation performed on personal data, including collection, storage, use, transfer, or deletion.
1.5 GDPR
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation).
2Data Controllers (Who We Are)
ForPro operates through multiple affiliated legal entities within the European Union.
For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the applicable data controller is the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data in relation to the specific Service used by the User.
The applicable entity is determined by the Service-Based Entity Allocation Principle defined in Section 2.3 of the Terms of Service.
2.1 ForPro OÜ (Estonia)
ForPro OÜ acts as the data controller for personal data processed in connection with Services allocated to it under the Service-Based Entity Allocation Principle.
This includes business-to-business (B2B) services provided to companies, agencies, teams, and other professional organizations, such as coaching, consulting, performance analysis, and related educational or advisory services.
2.2 EdTech Consulting s. r. o. (Slovakia)
EdTech Consulting s. r. o. acts as the data controller for personal data processed in connection with Services allocated to it under the Service-Based Entity Allocation Principle.
This includes business-to-consumer (B2C) services provided to individual customers, including coaching, consulting, digital educational products, subscription services, and access to the ForPro Hub and related content.
2.3 Service-Based Entity Allocation Principle
The applicable data controller is determined automatically at the time of purchase based on:
- the type of customer (B2B or B2C);
- the type of Service purchased.
Each entity is responsible for the personal data it processes within its allocated scope under this structure.
Each entity acts independently as data controller for its allocated Services.
3Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data on the following legal bases:
Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — for providing coaching, consulting, subscription access, and other Services purchased by the User.
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for fraud prevention, platform security, analytics, and business operations, where such interests are not overridden by the User's rights.
Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) — for compliance with accounting, tax, and other applicable legal requirements.
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where the User has given explicit consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
4Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal data:
- identification data (name, surname);
- contact details (email, phone number);
- billing and invoicing information;
- payment-related data (processed via Stripe);
- subscription and membership data;
- account and login information;
- communication history;
- coaching and performance-related information;
- football-related professional data;
- usage data (platform activity, analytics);
- device and technical data (IP address, browser type, OS);
- cookies and tracking data;
- session records (date, time, duration, and coach identity for individual coaching sessions);
- any information voluntarily provided by the User.
5Purposes of Processing
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- providing coaching and consulting services;
- delivering digital educational products and courses;
- operating subscriptions and memberships;
- managing ForPro Hub access;
- processing payments and invoices;
- customer support and communication;
- platform administration and security;
- fraud prevention and abuse detection;
- analytics and service improvement;
- advertising, retargeting, and measurement of advertising campaign effectiveness (with User consent);
- legal compliance;
- business operations and internal management.
6Payment Processing
Payments, subscriptions, and billing may be processed via Stripe or other authorized payment providers acting on behalf of the applicable ForPro entity.
Where applicable, VAT-related information including the User's country of residence may be collected and processed for tax calculation purposes in accordance with applicable EU VAT regulations.
We do not store full credit or debit card details.
7Affiliate and Partner Programs
ForPro may participate in affiliate, referral, or partnership programs with third-party service providers relevant to sports performance, education, coaching, and football development.
We may receive referral commissions from such partners.
Users may be redirected to third-party services, which operate under their own privacy policies.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
8Third-Party Service Providers
We may use third-party providers for:
- payment processing (Stripe);
- community platform services (Circle);
- behavioural analytics (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity);
- analytics and tracking (Google Analytics);
- advertising and retargeting (Meta, LinkedIn);
- hosting and infrastructure;
- email communication;
- customer support tools;
- CRM and business operations.
These providers process data strictly on our behalf and under appropriate contractual safeguards.
9Sharing of Data
Personal data may be shared:
- between affiliated ForPro entities;
- with service providers and contractors;
- with payment processors;
- with hosting and infrastructure providers;
- with legal authorities when required by law;
- in case of business restructuring, merger, or acquisition, where the recipient will be bound by equivalent data protection obligations.
10International Data Transfers
Personal data collected by ForPro may be transferred to and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) where ForPro or its service providers operate, including the United States.
Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR requirements. Such safeguards include:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914);
- transfers to countries covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission; or
- other appropriate safeguards as permitted under GDPR Article 46.
Transfers to Stripe, Inc. and other third-party service providers located outside the EEA are conducted under Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards as described in their respective data processing agreements.

11Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, and contractual obligations.

Where no specific period is listed, data is retained for no longer than 3 years after the end of the relevant relationship, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our internal data management procedures.
12Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
All communications are protected using TLS encryption.
However, no system is 100% secure.
13User Rights
Users have the right to:
- access their personal data;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure of personal data ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to processing of personal data;
- request portability of personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority at any time, without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.
