Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2 June 2026This Refund & Cancellation Policy is an integral part of the ForPro Terms of Service and applies to all Services provided by ForPro, including coaching, consulting, digital products, courses, subscriptions, and membership services.
In case of any conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
1General Principles
By purchasing any Service, the User acknowledges and agrees that the Services consist of digital content, coaching, and membership access.
Access to digital content and Services is granted immediately upon successful payment, which constitutes full performance of the contract by ForPro.
Due to the digital nature of the Services, refund rights are limited as set out in this Policy and applicable mandatory law.
2Subscriptions (ForPro Hub)
ForPro Hub is a subscription-based digital membership platform.
2.1 Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
ForPro will send an email reminder to the User's registered email address at least 7 days before each renewal date, including the renewal amount and a link to cancel.
For annual subscriptions, a reminder will be sent at least 30 days before renewal.
After cancellation:
- access remains active until the end of the current billing period;
- no further charges will occur after the current cycle ends.
Cancellation does not generate a refund for the remaining period unless required by applicable law.
2.2 Subscription Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable, including:
- partially used billing periods;
- unused access time;
- failure to use the platform or services after purchase;
- user inactivity during an active subscription.
Refunds are only provided in exceptional circumstances (see Section 5).
In the event of a material reduction in subscription content, active subscribers will be notified at least 14 days in advance in accordance with the Terms of Service and will have the right to cancel their subscription without penalty within 30 days of such notification. Subscribers who cancel under these circumstances will be entitled to a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of their current billing period, processed within 5–10 business days.
3One-Time Purchases (Digital Courses & Content)
All one-time purchases of digital products, including courses and educational materials, are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
In the event that purchased content is permanently removed from the platform, affected Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
Users who have held access for less than 12 months from the date of purchase will be offered either access to comparable alternative content of equal or greater value, or a pro-rata refund based on the unused portion of a 12-month access period, processed within 5–10 business days.
Users who have held access for 12 months or more are not entitled to a refund, as the content is considered to have been fully available for a reasonable period of use.
4Coaching & Consulting Services
4.1 Individual coaching sessions
Individual coaching sessions for football players are offered as single-session purchases. Each session is booked and paid for individually unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Scheduling and rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled by the User with at least 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests must be submitted via email to hello@forpro.club or through the platform.
ForPro reserves the right to reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the User will be offered an alternative time at no additional charge.
4.3 Cancellation by the User
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time will not be charged. The User may reschedule the session to a future date within 6 months of the original booking date.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, or failure to attend without prior notice (no-show), are non-refundable and the session is considered delivered.
4.4 Cancellation by ForPro
If a session is cancelled by ForPro without offering a suitable alternative, the User is entitled to a full refund of the session fee, processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
4.5 Technical issues
If a session cannot be completed due to technical issues attributable to ForPro, the User will be offered either a full replacement session or a full refund at the User's discretion.
Technical issues on the User's side (poor internet connection, device failure, etc.) do not entitle the User to a refund or replacement session.
4.6 Session records
ForPro may keep internal records of sessions delivered, including date, time, duration, and coach identity, for the purposes of service quality, dispute resolution, and compliance with these Terms.
5Exceptional Refunds
Refunds may be granted at ForPro's sole discretion in limited cases, including:
- duplicate or accidental payments;
- verified technical billing errors;
- inability to access Services due to platform malfunction attributable to ForPro;
- other exceptional cases determined by ForPro.
All such decisions are final and non-precedential.
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
6Payment Processing
Payments, subscriptions, and billing may be processed via Stripe or other authorized payment providers acting on behalf of the applicable ForPro entity as defined in the Terms of Service.
The applicable ForPro entity acting as merchant of record for each transaction is identified to the User at checkout prior to payment confirmation.
By providing payment details, the User authorizes recurring or one-time charges according to the selected Service plan.
The User acknowledges responsibility for maintaining valid payment information for active subscriptions.
7Withdrawal Waiver
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the User has the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days of purchase.
By purchasing a digital product or Service and requesting immediate access, the User expressly consents to the immediate supply of digital content before the expiry of the withdrawal period. The User acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once access has been granted and performance of the contract has begun.
This applies to all digital products, subscriptions, and Services where access is provided immediately upon payment.
8Chargebacks
If the User has any concerns regarding a charge or payment, we encourage them to contact ForPro support at hello@forpro.club prior to initiating a chargeback. We aim to resolve all billing concerns promptly and in good faith.
If a chargeback is initiated, ForPro may submit relevant documentation to the payment provider, including transaction records, access logs, and service delivery evidence, for the purposes of resolving the dispute.
ForPro reserves the right to suspend access to Services during the pendency of an unresolved chargeback, where permitted by applicable law.
9Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory rights of the User under applicable consumer protection law.
